As most of you know, single property websites are the way of the future. They give you the ease and flexibility of updating and maintaining your current listings while providing a way to organize and streamline your business. Single property websites give Realtors the freedom to create marketing strategies that are unique to every property.
Quid pro quo states that the current marketing method is to list your properties on the MLS and place a sign and fliers a the home site. If your company allows, you may have your own Realtor page on their website with a list of your current properties. Now I don’t know about you, but wouldn’t you like an easier way? A better way? A way that allows the client to know that they are special and unique and that their property is being treated as a star instead of just lumped in with everyone else? Now that to me sounds like the ticket!
